Specialist expertise, connected to delivery
We work with public and private organisations across the Middle East and Africa to make accessibility part of how services are designed, delivered and maintained. Our remit includes websites, applications and documents, alongside the policies and capabilities that support inclusion.
Our team brings decades of combined experience in user experience, accessibility and enterprise delivery. Team credentials include IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA and ADS, plus DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester.

Working across languages and locations
Our UK, Egypt and UAE presence supports collaboration across the Middle East and Africa, as well as international delivery. Arabic and English expertise includes right-to-left interfaces and assistive technology.
We bring that expertise into the work itself: reviewing real tasks, explaining findings and providing guidance teams can use after the engagement. Our regional work supports people of determination, a term used in the UAE and Egypt for people with disabilities. We respect the language people use for themselves and retain the official wording of standards and legislation.
Accessibility across the organisation
People experience an organisation through many connected moments: using a digital service, reading an important document, applying for a role or asking for support. Our work brings those experiences into the same conversation.
We support the teams who design, build, publish, buy and govern those experiences. That means connecting specialist evaluation with practical guidance, organisational responsibilities and the capability to maintain improvements.
Our ambition is to help raise the quality of digital accessibility across the Middle East and Africa. We pursue that through the work itself: clear evidence, considered Arabic and English experiences, and knowledge that stays with the people delivering services.
Expertise you can see in the work
Specialist practice
Our dedicated accessibility practice connects assessment, inclusive design, documents and governance with the standards and regional requirements relevant to your organisation.
A considered delivery method
Our delivery approach combines testing with people, specialist validation, evidence for action and knowledge transfer.
Regional understanding
Arabic and English expertise helps teams consider language, interaction and assistive technology together, within the realities of regional delivery.
Connected services
An engagement can address a specific need or connect several disciplines, as in our collaboration with Zain Kuwait.
