An organisational approach
Accessibility strategy gives your organisation a direction, accountable owners and a plan for improvement. We connect product priorities with the policies, skills and oversight needed to maintain progress.
We can support a single product, a portfolio or an organisation-wide programme. The starting point is your current capability, the services people depend on and the decisions leaders need to make.
Governance standards
Our approach draws on ISO/IEC 30071-1:2019 (opens in a new tab). For UAE programmes, this includes the UAE A11y Code within the National Digital Accessibility Policy, with owners and review points for applicable requirements.
WCAG and PDF/UA targets inform technical delivery. Section 508, EN 301 549 and European Accessibility Act requirements can inform procurement, assessment and reporting where relevant.
How we support your programme
Direction and planning
Assess current capability and develop a roadmap with priorities, responsibilities, dependencies and progress measures.
Conformance reporting
Prepare Accessibility Conformance Reports using the VPAT template, and accessibility statements reflecting the assessed scope and findings.
Ongoing assurance
Provide embedded expertise, progress reviews and specialist support as products, teams and requirements change.
Conformance reporting
An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) records how an assessed product meets the relevant requirements. We use the appropriate VPAT template for WCAG, Section 508 or EN 301 549, with findings and limitations supported by evidence.
Connect reporting with accessibility policy so procurement and delivery teams know what evidence to request and review.
Your accessibility roadmap
We bring product, technology, content, procurement and leadership teams into the planning process. The roadmap identifies the services to address and the organisational changes needed to support them.
Priorities can combine immediate improvements with long-term capability: fixing a critical journey, introducing a design review, strengthening supplier requirements or developing testing skills.
Progress measures reflect the work in scope, including verified fixes, completed review points, team capability and recurring issues. Named owners and dependencies make the plan actionable.
Ongoing assurance
Accessibility evidence needs to reflect the product people use. We help teams identify when releases, content changes or new functionality require a review of existing reports and statements.
Support can include embedded expertise, findings discussions and periodic assessments. The frequency follows your release cycle, risk and internal responsibilities.
Governance questions
Do we need a mature accessibility programme?
No. You may be planning a first assessment, managing a backlog or improving an established programme. We use that starting point to define achievable priorities.
Can you support a specific procurement requirement?
Yes. We can assess the product against the specified requirements and prepare the agreed conformance evidence. The report reflects the assessment scope and findings.
