  1. FREE: Introduction to Digital Accessibility

    Our experts will take you through the basics of Digital Accessibility, Usability and Inclusive Design, why it is important to your organisation and what you can do NOW to make your organisation more accessible.

    This training course can be provided in a bespoke training programme and tailored to include examples and content relevant to your organisation.

    Just an interest, no specific knowledge is required.

  2. Digital Accessibility for Managers

    This short workshop is designed to help web managers ensure that accessibility is built in to the development cycle. It includes numerous tips on how to encourage staff to get involved in accessibility matters and to ensure that the procurement process includes steps to make sure that as far as possible, only accessible products and services are bought for a digitally inclusive service. It would benefit thought leaders who are looking to embed web accessibility from the outset to achieve inclusive products.

    This is a non-technical course that will allow you to find out more about accessibility and how to socialise it in your organisation.

  3. Digital Accessibility for Designers

    Will be introduced to how designers can influence accessibility. We will introduce you to how taking an inclusive design approach can mitigate potential accessibility issues and ensure accessibility is built into your designs from day 1. We will look at how the design of colour, layout, and controls influences accessibility and demonstrate how to include accessibility within your documentation and requirements.

    You’ll still be free to use your creativity to build a great user experience, but you’ll also find that many of the concepts of ‘good design’ will improve the user experience for everyone, not only disabled people.

  4. Digital Accessibility for Web Developers – Basic

    This course is primarily aimed at front-end developers, but may also be of interest to designers and managers who wish to better understand how certain design considerations may impact the overall development. The level of training is intermediate – you will need some awareness of accessibility standards and this course will focus on how these can be applied.

  5. Digital Accessibility for Web Developers – Advanced

    This course is primarily aimed at front-end developers, but may also be of interest to designers and managers who wish to better understand how certain design considerations may impact the overall development. The level of training is advanced – you will require a knowledge of accessibility standards, coding and testing techniques.

  6. Introduction to Digital Accessibility Testing

    Learning how to do your own basic accessibility testing has many benefits. Not only does it help you create accessible products and services, it can help you with developing a digital accessibility strategy, embed accessibility within your development cycle or improve procurement decisions. Knowing how to complete a few simple tests can give you reassurance that you are making accessibility improvements and focusing your resources in the right areas.
